We are Scott and Mafé — two adventure lovers united by a shared dream to explore the wild and remote corners of South America.
Mafé grew up in Bogotá, Colombia — a city full of energy, movement, and noise. Maybe that’s why nature calls to me so strongly: it offers peace, clarity, and stillness. I have always been drawn to travel and adventure. And now, I get to explore the wilderness starting with my home country from a whole new perspective.
Scott comes from Perry, Oklahoma — a small farming town surrounded by wide-open spaces. Though I grew up with nature close by, I dreamed of mountains and faraway places I hadn’t yet seen. I found myself deeply drawn to wild, rugged places — places where the road ends and real life begins. I love building, creating, modifying, and preparing gear to take us further than the map goes.
Together, we discovered that despite our different backgrounds, we share the same passion for travel, adventure, the call of the open road and the freedom to explore it on our own terms.
Travel has always been part of our story — we’ve been lucky to travel the world over the years. It has been a special bond between us. We even met in a foreign country!
It’s this shared passion for adventure that inspires us to push beyond our limits, step outside our comfort zones, and embrace this incredible journey through South America. Every mile is a new challenge, a new story, and another step in our ongoing adventure together.
